Refund Policy

**Cancellation Before Camp Starts:**

 

* **With Medical Note:** A full refund will be provided if a doctor's exemption letter is provided for the child that is enrolled in the camp. The child must exempt from all physical activity.

* **Less than 7 Days Prior to Start:** No refund will be offered for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp begins to those who don't provide a doctor's exemption letter for physical activity.

 

**Cancellation After Camp Starts:**

 

* Refunds are not available once the camp has commenced, or if a participant has missed multiple sessions. 

 

**No-Shows:**

 

* No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the camp without providing prior notice.

 

**Camp/Session Cancellation Due to Severe Weather:**

 

* If Playtogrowsports cancels a session or multiple sessions due to inclement weather, you will either receive a prorated refund corresponding to the number of affected sessions or reschedule the affected sessions to a later date. You will be notified via email with the decision. 

* In the event that an entire 5-week camp is canceled by Playtogrowsports due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund for that specific camp.

* If a session is still being hosted but you are unable to attend due to a weather-related reason, please email Info@playtogrowsports.com for assistance.

 

**Decision & Communication Timeline for Weather Cancellations:**

 

* We will send an email as soon as possible if your session is canceled due to a drastic change in weather that occurs minutes or hours before the start of the session.

* Once a session is officially canceled, it remains canceled regardless of what the weather conditions may be at the actual time of the session.
